Our nationwide Customer Verification Visits carried out by our highly trained, accredited and vetted Customer Verification Officers draw on existing up-to-the-minute data & analytics and the latest field-based audio recording technology to safely and compliantly gather appropriate customer information.

This includes the full spectrum of meter reading, meter inspections and meter installations; addressing potential revenue protection issues; Welfare Visits; assessing vulnerabilities and customer affordability; setting up affordable repayment plans; and signposting to additional help and support for those in financial difficulty, including the Priority Services Register.

We also undertake Void and Vacant Visits to collate accurate information on proprieties, streets, and meters; conduct Final Debt Visits; and can gain warrant of entry for meter exchange and disconnections where appropriate/necessary.
