He has a vision to revolutionise the way clients reconnect with their customers using an omni-channel, data-driven approach to achieving best in class solutions, whilst keeping the customer at the centre of all business processes.
Karl Humphries, Director of Field Operations
With over 20 years experience within the debt recovery industry covering many areas including magistrate court fines, council tax, commercial rent, and nine years specifically in the Utility debt industry specialising in field services, Karl is now driving a new approach to customer verification and reconnection at Verify.
Marco Pace, Head of Business Development
Marco has worked in the debt recovery sector for more than 33 years with extensive experience in both consumer and commercial utilities amongst other sectors and expertise ranging from early arrears management through to collections, legal, field and debt purchase.
Bronia O’Regan, Lead Client & Implementation Manager
Bronia has almost 20 years’ industry experience, most recently as Director of Client Services at field services provider Engage.
Rob Oxley, Origination Director
Rob has almost 15 years’ experience in senior client facing roles within the credit risk and collections industry, four of which were spent at TransUnion. He joined Perch Group in April 2023 after six years at Lowell, one of Europe’s largest credit management companies, where he was responsible for leading commercial activities across several sectors including retail, telecoms, utilities and financial services.
