The highly experienced senior management team is building a network of Customer Verification Officers nationwide to work on behalf of our clients to reconnect with customers in arrears where other methods have failed, verifying data and vulnerabilities to inform appropriate strategies.
We currently have full-time employed positions available. Candidates must be self-motivated and professional individuals who have ideally worked in customer facing roles, preferably in a similar regulated area such as meter reading, debt management, customer service, resolution officer, enforcement officer or arrears officer. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is confident in dealing with people face-to-face, is a fast learner, and can use their own initiative while working as part of a team within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
