The process
- You identify customer accounts where key information about the supply cannot be verified and/or contact cannot be made/an agreement can’t be reached.
- Our highly trained field agents use any insight gained from our comprehensive data sources to make an informed visit to the property to reconnect with the customer and/or verify the necessary details.
- Where necessary, we can then carry out temporary disconnections using our own water clamps.
- Using all the insight gained, the most appropriate next steps can be taken towards a resolution.
