Customer Verification Officer, permanent full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday plus some Saturdays)

Locations: Liverpool, Edinburgh, Northern Ireland, Dumfries, Kilmarnock and London
Salary: £34,000 inclusive of car allowance (plus London weighting of £2,500 within M25)

Verify, which offers a new and different approach to field services in the utilities and financial services sectors, is part of Perch Group; one of the fastest-growing and most ambitious debt purchase and resolutions firms in the UK. The highly experienced senior management team is building a network of Customer Verification Officers nationwide to work on behalf of our clients to reconnect with customers in arrears where other methods have failed, verifying data and vulnerabilities to inform appropriate strategies.

We currently have full-time employed positions available. Candidates must be self-motivated and professional individuals who have ideally worked in customer facing roles, preferably in a similar regulated area such as meter reading, debt management, customer service, resolution officer, enforcement officer or arrears officer. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is confident in dealing with people face-to-face, is a fast learner, and can use their own initiative while working as part of a team within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.

Whether you have direct experience of not, comprehensive training and support will be provided to enable you to work professionally, compassionately, and flexibly.

Candidates must have:

  • Full driving license and own transport.
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths.
  • Clean DBS and credit checks (carried out by us).

Self Employed Customer Verification Officer, full time or part time (flexible hours Monday-Saturday)

Day rate: £125 – £175
Location: Field-based

The highly experienced senior management team is building a team of Case Managers to work at its new headquarters on the beautiful Broughton Hall Estate in Skipton, North Yorkshire. They will work on behalf of our clients to help resolve customer debts across a variety of sectors and clients.

  • High levels of emotional intelligence

Inbound or outbound contact centre experience is desired and experience of working in a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
